I am a retired manufacturing engineer with a broken back, faulty heart and not enough money to travel the world. I spent years with a company that afforded me a good living. And though I liked what I did, and was good at it, it was never my true passion. It was always just a bit less than what I needed for happiness.
Now I get to do what I enjoy for the last few seconds I have on this earth.
- Camp with Joy.
- Spend time with Dishrag and Sis – the grandkids (and I guess the other kids we have).
- Fish – hopefully in a few more kayak tournaments.
- Write.
- Take some pics.
I consider myself an amateur writer with little to no potential. But I am banging away on the keys like I am Beethoven on the piano! It may not sound good to all – but like him – I can’t hear it anyway.
Hope y’all find something here to read that makes you think, or smile. Either of those will work for me.
